Good access to town. Near the beautiful park.
Stilled water provided everyday, good room cleaning service.
Safe broke. Not nice view from the room.
Very enjoyable stay in Hong Kong.
It was disappointing that view from the hotel was driveways. close to restaurants and the shopping centre. Room was kept clean everyday.
Had a bath robe, for one person instead of two.
Can hear neighbours door shutting.

The rooms are more spacious than other hotels in HK standard. There is a mall below the hotel. Bus Station is right below the hotel. China-HK Ferry Terminal is right below the hotel.
Right along the tourist belt of Tsim Sha Tsui
Far from the MTR. Expensive. No free Bottled Water. No Free WiFi Internet. No Free Newspaper.
The hotel is located right in the tourist belt. So everything in the name of shopping for branded apparels and the likes are right along the same street. The building proximal to the hotel is through and through the Marco Polo Gateway mall to Ocean Terminal. It is also connected via bridgeway to the Kowloon Park.
I just wish they would put the complimentary coffee, sugar, etc. and the Electric Thermos in a place of sight and not inside and below the TV cabinet. This is specially bothersome for a senior citizen like me when I have to kneel to get them. I also wish they would decrease their price a bit as it is a bit pricey.

Convenient to ferry transport, shopping , food , dining. tranfer to airport or airport express.Staff always helpful and courteous.
Auto doors too slow to operate.
I have been travelling regularly to and from Hong kong and China for more than two years. The convenience of staying at the Royal Pacific and being able to travel to and from Guagdong province by ferry is great.Help and sevice and dining is always a first class. The Royal Pacific feels like my home away from home. I will be travelling again in a few weeks time and I will once again be staying at the Royal Pacific.
Shopping Tip : Lots of great shopping close by.

For this stay we were on the hotel side, room was small but clean and comfortable. Service was good. We had a reservation that included internet service in the lounge for free. Must double check here as I was almost setup on the WIFI system which is a pay as you go system and quite expensive. The hotel is in a very good location. Many good restuarants and shops in the area.

If you travel from Macau/China by Ferry, this is your choice.
A distance from MTR station.
Charges for internet is quite expensive.
If travel from China to Hong Kong, this is my first choice, as the hotel is just above a couple of floors. In the same building, is easily to find fast food & local food as well as do some shopping. However, if you really need to take MTR then there is a distance of walking.

close proximity to shopping and eating outlets
Nice location in a lively neighbourhood and close walking distance to eateries and shops. Kowloon Park is right opposite.

Hotel layout (two entrances) was confusing but that was just a minor initial annoyance.
My room reservation was in the "hotel", not the "Towers". Check-in was efficient and friendly. The Agoda price (as oppose to hotel's web page price) made this a good value compared to Marco Polo Hong Kong or other similar properties. Wireless internet connection was reliable and pricey (at 120 HK$ but no different than other hotels). Shower pressure was strong and that was pleasant. Check out was also efficient. Taking the elevator down to the bottom floor to take the free airport express shuttle bus was convenient. Overall, good stay.

clean rooms, near the ferry terminal
I took a ferry from macau to hongkong, and this hotel is the best cause its just beside the ferry terminal. Just a few steps away from ocean terminal and near the mtr station.

Very near the shopping area in Kowloon
Rooms are a bit small, but understandable.
The staff at the check in desk were very polite and friendly, however the bartender was a bit unsavory. Getting a taxi was difficult the next morning.

Location is adjacent to Harbour City, Ocean Terminal, Kowloon Park
Rooms are somewhat marginal: even paying for my own upgrade to a better room category. Difficult to get taxi as many people doing the same nearby. Busy, busy area.
This hotel's location is its best feature. But the elevators go directly onto the main entrance (street) and to the room floors: a little insecure as anyone without a key can do so. The rooms are somewhat marginal even so called renovated ones): even paying for my own upgrade to a better room category it wasn't much better, a bit old and tired. Carpet had seen many cleanings and was tired. Difficult to get taxi as many people doing the same nearby. Busy, busy area.

Location was great. It was a few minutes from the MTR and the Airport Train. Right across was Kowloon Park if you need some fresh air. There is a deck overlooking the Macau terminal. Yes, the hotel is right on top of the Macau terminal so if you're the gambling type who doesn't want to lose money on expensive Macau hotels this is it. Plus you definetly have to stop gambling by 9 because the ferries close.
The rooms were very small compared to the pictures. The carpet was a bit dusty for my standards (I have asthma).
Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10. It is still in the heart of Tsim Tsa Tsui district so the location more than makes up for the room space. We normally don't stay in the hotel when we visit Hong Kong. But I was expecting a little more room for shopping baggage. The staff (concierge, bellhops, and cleaning ladies) was very accomodating and would smile. For a hotel near the Ocean Terminal, it is also very affordable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Visit the park in the morning when you wake up and you'll still see people practicing Tai Chi.

I stay at this hotel most of my stays in hk the china ferry is right under hotel so it is easy to go to Macau or in to china i never had a bad time when i stay here.
Shopping Tip : shoping is so easy right next to ocean mall with all of the great shops.

stairs to elevator - not convenient when carrying baggage
This time, I stayed at the tower rooms which were much larger, albeit older. For someone who is more used to bigger rooms, this is worth the value for HKG market. The service was good. The buffet was standard. The best thing about the hotel is the location, location, location.

good location esp if u plan to go macau. the jetty is just below the hotel.
overpriced due to the size of the rooms
the rooms are slightly steep judging by the size. however the location is good as it is very near to the large shopping mall and also the train station. good choice if u want to go macau from hongkong as the ferry terminal is just location below the hotel. however if u fancy night markets and small boutique shops, the location is slightly off.
