Fortunately we spent only 1 night at the hotel. the room was too small, with a dirty carpet. Don't know how I would describe the bathroom. We ordered breakfast and everything had an artificial taste.

dirty, and a very small room.

Overall, this hotel is average. For basic necessity. Selling point is the close proximity to lots of shopping and foods. I am a bit cautious putting my head on the pillow, I can smell other peoples old sweat and musky smell from the pillows. Love their services very much. If I have no other choice I will go back there, but I would prefer to choose a newer hotel next time. I realized everywhere is pretty much connected as long as you are willing to walk 5- 10 mins. Good luck!

Close to high end shopping mall, lots of international choices food in the harbor city food court. Close to MTR. Very good services. Staff were very helpful.

Old hotels, bathroom walls and ceiling wallpaper are peeling and rooting. Smelly room and terrifying smell from almost all the pillows.

A very lovely Hotel. We were surprised to find such a nice Hotel in our lower price range and would highly recommend. It is easily accessable and central to shopping, waterfront, ferries, walkway across road and into a central park etc.And attached to non stop continuous shopping mall - only if you could afford to shop there!

Location

nil

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : look for walkway to central park and shopping

I find the Royal Pacific hotel very attractive for the money they charge you, the hotel know where they talk about and the employees are very friendly. For travelling to China this is a very good choice because the ferry leave 2 level lower bud also for shoopin this is very convinient because all the big international brandnames in fashion and also one of the biggest shopping malls of Asia is just 30 meters away from the Groundfloor entry and you can easy spent days of shopping there with only the best names and brands in it. Conclusion good hotel not to big and very convinient good value for money

good value for money and very well situated on nathan road by all the big brand shops form all over the world

they just had a big renovation and still a litle bid and for now evry thing looks good bud the rooms can be updated in style because this is from the tower side old fashion and all ready more than 15 years so renew can't harm the rooms

  • Shopping Tip : 30 mtr from the ground floor you have one of the biggest shopping malls of the world and beside this the hotel is located on one of the best roads Hong Kong

I strongly recommend this hotel. It offers a good value for money, perfect location, good bell service, and the room looks very modern and clean. I have always enjoyed staying at the Royal Pacific Hotel both at the hotel and tower wing. If you are looking for a bigger space in a room, you should go for tower wing, other thing else, the hotel wing is looking great as well. Taxi and parking location is easily accessible with staff. Overall, strongly recommend for solo or family travel and business purposes.

good location and reasonable price.

Overall I was pleased with my stay at the Royal Pacific. It was conveniently located close to ferry service for Mainland China and Hong Kong Island. The rooms were small but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. A complimentary breakfast voucher would have been nice instead of just a discount. It was also a bit of a walk to the MTR stations.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, friendly staff and service

no iron in room, no complimentary breakfast

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Just across the street from Kowloon Park.

The reply from Agoda was prompt and friendly. Agoda could reply to me in such short time, as I had to change my schedule more than 3 times in 5 days, before and during the stay due to my unexpected change in the meetings. The Hotel was a good one, and I believe both Agoda and the Hotel had worked very hard to help me - such a fussy constomer. Excellent service.

Good service and prompt reply from the Hotel

The room was a bit old

  • Shopping Tip : The Hotel is within one of the best shopping precinct in Kowloon, with all the brand names and fashion gurus within meters from the Hotel

I booked a room in the tower wing of the Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers. Our room, despite being on a non-smoking floor, reeked of cigarette smoke. Despite that, the room was very roomy. There was an outlet adapter you can use for free (as long as you leave it inside the room) available inside the room. The hotel is just beside the ferry terminal to Macau, which is very convenient for those who plan to go to Macau as well. Additionally, the hotel is just a few minutes walk away from my favorite electronics shop in Haiphong Road, and also from Nathan Road. Our booking did not include breakfast, but there are a lot of restaurants to choose from on the adjacent hotel. I would definitely be back!

location

room was smelly

  • Shopping Tip : Be ready with your comfy shoes, as you would need them to go shopping.

The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers is an excellent hotel for those planning on going to, or coming from, Macau through ferry as the ferry terminal is just adjacent. The hotel staff are efficient during check-in and check-out. The temperature lobby, however, is not comfortable, since the doorway always opens and closes as many pass through it going to the hotel wing and on to Canton Road. The room was roomy, and has all the amenities one would need. Specifically, the hotel left an outlet adapter for its clients use inside the room - very handy. My reservation did not include a breakfast, but there are many restaurants to choose from on the adjacent hotel. Stepping out of the hotel will take you to Canton Road. A few minuted of walking will take you to Nathan Road, as well as the nearest MTR station which could take you to Mongkok or any other part of Hongkong in a matter of a few minutes. I will be back in this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to friends.

location

Lobby temperature is not as comfortable as one would expect.

  • Shopping Tip : Bring your most comfortable walking shoes, as you would be walking a lot when shopping.
