our second time to stay at booth lodge with the family. near the a21 bus stop if you like to use the bus to and from the airport and 2 min walk to yau ma tei mtr station if youd like to visit different tourist attractions. there are also cheap food finds and shopping area across nathan road. clean rooms although i think there's a slight strange odor in the room but pretty much tolerable. will definitely stay here again and again for the convenience of its location.

It was good. I was looking for a family room as my wife and teenage son were with me. I didn''t want to spend much on the hotel. Could not get a hotel that offer a room to accommodate 3 people. Salvation Army Booth Lodge meets my need.

Its location is really convenient, just 2 mins walk to MTR and Temple Street. It is clean and quiet but even family room is small and the beds are not so comfortable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If going for a budget trip, buy BA DA TONG card to take MTR.

Convenient location but room a bit small

We arrived at the lodge about 12noon and was happy to learn that our room is ready for early check-in before the official 2pm. Though we've added an extra bed in the family room, there's still enough space to put our luggages & move around. The staff are friendly & always greet us with a smile. The 3-night stay at the lodge is comfortable except we've intermittent hot water for the shower on 2nd night.
Restaurant Tip:
There's a Japanese restaurant in the same street just opposite the lodge. The food is good & at reasonable price. Most time long queue. Go after 10pm to avoid long wait.

basically i liked the hotel location. Its near yau ma tei mrt station & easily reachable to many tourist attractions like avenue of stars, ocean park, disneyland etc. Its also within walking distance to the popular ladies night market & temple street market. Overall its good & convenient.

The service for the Hotel was very bad as the receptionists are very rude. The room is common. Suitable for people who love to stay outdoor and take it as a place to sleep only.
