Good hotel but small rooms

first, the south china hotel is at a really great location. it is easily accesible by metro(it is just near the mtr,the metro station) or by ferry. ferry to the hotel(to a drop-off point near hotel) can be easily found in the kowloon mainland.
hotel says this is their executive room, but the room is fairly small. but keep that in mind that this hotel is located at tongluowan (causeway bay), so it would be no problem because i am sure you know hong kong is not that a colossal city like those in mainland china, so places are too narrow and small.
the biggest disappointment of this hotel -in my opinion- is that wi-fi is only available in hotel lobby. no wi-fi service is being offered in rooms.
by the way some of the rooms' scenery is really great. my room was looking over a road but the corridor outside my room has the view of the whole kowloon.
as always, reserving a room is always advised. you may have some great discounts! my room was half-price(50% discount), thanks to agoda i have managed to reserve the room for the half price in just 5 minutes.

Location's quite good, but room's old
Location's quite good. It's not far from restaurants and trains.

the room is quite old, that i don't even want to explore the drawers. look through the window, all i can see is somebody's homes. that's a bit odd and embarras. the food served during breakfast is few, but it's not bad. i hope they can add some more choice. overall is acceptable, including the services.
Restaurant Tip:
There're so much restaurants around the hotel. You can even travel to other hot spot for food or night club at Lan Kwai Fong.

the space of guest room is fair but tidiness needs improvement. many prc tourists around means it situ at a very good location in north point which mtr station is nearby, you can reach causeway bay in minutes. breakfast is not very attractive.

This is an outdated hotel. Only selling point is location.
For more or less the same price, I prefer City Garden Hotel (I guess it is 4 stars or above) which is same distance to MTR and excellent location, 3 blocks away from this South China Hotel.
The staff are quite friendly. Has to pay for the Internet at room. City Garden Hotel is free.

Pretty run-down hotel

The place is pretty old and has not been taken care of.The hallways have stained carpets and mold on the ceiling (17th floor). The rooms are fairly clean with old furniture. Reception staff was very unfriendly, saying we must be at the wrong hotel when they did not find the reservation immediately. Breakfast was very limited, but the restaurant staff was extremly helpful and friendly. Overall 2-3* standard but for anywhere it is a decent place to stay.

this is a basic hotel with small rooms, but adequate when you only sleep there. we are a family of 4 and were all in the same room with an extra bed. this hotel caters for mostly mainland chinese so be prepared for that.

The hotel has great location, with convenient public transportation , such as bus, ferry and subway station like 5mins walk.
However, only thing i don't like which is not internet available in room. The surcharge for internet is expensive ,
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Using ferry far away from hotel location like 5mins, to cross over the river to Kowloon city. You can enjoy the view of all high rise buildings.

Just a fine hotel at a reasonable price

The hotel rooms are just ok but kinda small in space. One thing I dislike is that it does not provide free internet service inside the rooms (although it does provide wifi service in the lobby). The room service people are good, they tend to provide us immediately what we ask for. The beds are quite uncomfortable to sleep on.
