Spent a night with the hotel, and all the staff at the hotel speaks Mandarin even we told that we couldnt understand Mandarin.. guess this hotel is mainly for Mainlander ..

With the nearly refurbished rooms, I find the stay at this hotel is great and relaxing. Tram station and MTR station nearby makes travelling much easier. Breakfast menu needs to have more variety though and each morning menu is kinda of same. Not sure if all the rooms in the hotel has been fully refurnished.

Lobby is small considering the hotel building size, they have a small room in the lobby which has free wifi also lobby is wifi but no wash room in either the lobby or restaurant on 2nd Fl. Room was tidy and clean, not so small for HK. Most of the guest were chinese mainland people and lifts were slow. Choose this hotel on special offers and select renovated rooms.

the space of guest room is fair but tidiness needs improvement. many prc tourists around means it situ at a very good location in north point which mtr station is nearby, you can reach causeway bay in minutes. breakfast is not very attractive.

The hotel rooms are just ok but kinda small in space. One thing I dislike is that it does not provide free internet service inside the rooms (although it does provide wifi service in the lobby). The room service people are good, they tend to provide us immediately what we ask for. The beds are quite uncomfortable to sleep on.

Good location old hotel
Location is very convenient, just next to MTR station.

The hotel is pretty old, renovation is needed to keep the customers, lots of basic facilities are not up to standard carpet too old, eventhough clean and tidy. Breakfast is poor. Lots of mainland travellers around. They offer me a seaview room which is very good though.
