it's new and good price hotel
it's. new and room size is around 16ft bigger than normal hotel and 8mins walk to tmr and shopping mall

Had a pleasant stay.
Good view of Happy Valley racetrack.

Bed was a bit hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on other than that, everything was in order. Can't complain bout the racetrack view, it;s just amazing!!! Cafe Latte and the Tiramisu at Ghost Cafe located at the lobby was excellent including their staff thats why I ended up giving a bigger tip than what I paid for coffee and cake. Will consider staying in this boutique hotel again.
