the hotel is closed to mtr station and the area is very convenience. can get the food almost anytime in that area. close to the shopping area too.
but as the hotel is very close to the bars, it's a bit noisy at night time

this hotel is very accessable to the metro railway station. a lot of shops,bar and restaurants are walking distance. the hotel itself is nice, clean and friendly staffs, only one thing we didn't like is thier internet service because it's very high cost. for 1 day internet is while pccw is only hk$ per day.

Free Shuttle(H1 shuttle line) from Central Hong Kong after the Express Service from Airport

Location is generally good, near MTR and also free shuttle to/fro from Central Hong Kong to connect with Airport Express Train.
Bit noisy at times due to Pub near hotel till 3-4am in the morning, but bearable.

The minus points were that the room was smaller than I expected and the hotel was near many pubs (sometimes the crowd can be rowdy and can hear the music from the pubs though I was staying on the 10th floor).
Restaurant Tip:
There is a fishball noodle cafe nearby that is quite yummy.

i love this hotels location. it is only 2 blocks away from wan chai's mtr station. we didn't know it was so close, so we got off at admiralty. but even a taxi ride from the admiralty station was only 20 bucks! there are so many local bars and pubs, and good authentic hong kong chinese food. weloved that cafe across the way called hay hay.
the rooms are not too small, we've stayed in smaller ones. it is very clean. it doesn't have shampoo and conditioner. we had to go get some. but its all very tidy and very nice.
the elevators are super small and there are only 3. sometimes we had to wait a while to find one that we can squeeze in.
over all i'd highly recommend this hotel to everyone for its price and location.

Not too thrilled about the manager of the hotel.
Quite non-professional dealing with my early check-in request.
The security guard was more helpful.
Rooms are a bit below average, esp the toilets...
Great location though! a minutes walk to metro, convenient stores and great bars, restaurants around.

A few upstairs restaurants in the area that you actually have to explore to find out.

The Hotel location is good for shopping and Night Entertainment. Buses and Metro are all around the corner for easy travel within Hong Kong. Exhibition Center is within walking distance. Long Distance Bus Stop for travel to China is near by the Hotel.
Standard Rooms are big enough for 2 people. The Bathroom is rather small and the shower is just for tiny people. Otherwise the rooms are clean and tidy. Do not expect a view out of your window. Rooms on the back side of the Hotel are very dark and partly noisy from outside ventilation systems. Check in and out is efficient.
Recommend for a short stay in Hong Kong

it is very easy to get to the hotel from the airport express terminal in central, by mtr to wan chai or by taxi. the hotel lobby is always busy with guests and staff and there is a fantastic bar downstairs, the canny man, selling haggis. what a treat! easy to walk to times square causeway bay or pacific place admiralty/central, and to peak tram.
Restaurant Tip:
Right downstairs at the Canny Man. Also, Delaneys Irish pub is a short walk and ideal for watching football. Chilli Club is great for Thai food. Cafe O, opposite Subway Sandwich and behind Delaneys, is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
