affordable, location, fine

In the middle of the busy area near Computer market. The bed is good (medium-soft), rooms not to big but all is ok. Small bathroom, but in this price categoric in HKG all very reasonable. Clean

Affordable hotel close to the subway station
Close to the subway station, Nice rooms, efficient housekeeping
9
the wharney is just two blocks away from one of the wan chai subway station exits and is in an area with a lot of western bars and restaurants.
this is a good central location to explore the rest of the island from.
i appreciated the efficient housekeeping, i would only need to head out for a bit and return to see the housekeeping already done.
only soap is provided by the hotel no shampoo.

Amazing location, but quite noisy
Location is awesome for bars and shopping
7.7
I've stayed here before, it's my hotel of choice every time I travel to HK, located right in the middle of Wanchai's bar district. This means it's a little rowdy at the weekends so avoid if that bothers you. It's also surrounded by a lot of seedy girlie bars which doesn't bother me but it means it's not great for a family holiday.
Causeway Bay shopping heaven is just 10-15 minutes by walk or one short tram or subway ride while Central is close by in the opposite direction where the airport express stops.
The hotel itself is clean and the service is efficient, although rooms are small, but this is normal in a very densely populated city like HK.
Nightlife Tip:
Ozone bar at the top of the Ritz Carlton hotel (118th floor!) in Kowloon is amazing.

super old & small hotel rooms
5.3
The hotel lied on me with their nice & big modeling lobby & front desk. I was shock when I enter the room, small, old, dirty, (bed is very hard) ... etc..

Excellent Location and Good Size Rooms
Location, speed of service, good room sizes for Hong Kong
7.7
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in October and had a very pleasant stay. The location is great on a busy street in Wan Chai which is right in the middle of Causeway Bay and Central so a good base to go exploring. The rooms were a good size for Hong Kong, were clean and in fairly good condition. The staff were also quite attentive and the service during check-in and check-out was very efficient. The only negative thing to say was that the street was quite lively so if you are on a lower floor it can be a bit noisy late into the earlier hours especially on weekends.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
9.3
Always stay at this place because of value for money - people, cost, location. Staff are great, rooms clean and comfortable. Go out the front door - turn right for Admiralty & Central. Turn left for Wanchai MTR and, well, some other HKG entertainment.
