As always my short stay at the hotel was very good, the staff were friendy and attentive, the rooms whilst small for a four star hotel were confortable and well maintained. Now I always stay at the Wharney on my monthly business visits to Hong Kong.

Very good room in a great location.

This my first try of this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very good compared to others in the area even though the hotel has been there for many years. The location is very good for my work as well as the restaurants, bars and MTR. The gym is OK but the pool was shut for renovations. I was disappointed with the executive lounge which only had tea/coffee in the evening even though the advert lead us to believe there were alcoholic drinks and snacks too, as with other hotels. The breakfast choice in the lounge was also limited but, to be honest, sufficed for me as it was quick and quiet - fruit, coffee and toast being enough. The main consideration is the room, which was great and I will certainly try to stay there next time.
Very easy access to the Exhibition Center, MTR and the restaurants/bars of Wanchai.

Noisy room along a stretch of bars
close to the Wanchai MTR station

The room was noisy till the wee hours of the morning with the bars. One would expect that with such a location, the owners would invest in double glazing to give their guests some peace and quiet. Won't go back again.

super location in the heart of rockin WanChai
location, location, location! 30 HKD taxi fm HK 7s, party going on all nite all around the hotel, kebaby on the corner, what more do you need? rooms not extravagant, but clean and comfortable.

It was clean, but hard bed & awful shower.
