This is a good, basic hotel and quite comfortable. There is a very nice bar/ restaurant in the hotel with friendly staff. It is also usually well-priced. My only real issue is that the windows do not open and the rooms all smell rather musty even non-smoking ones.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient upon check-in. I was given a room with terrible view. When I checked into the room, I immediately called the reception and they moved me to a room with the Lokhart Rd view, which was great.
The only negative aspect of the hotel is that, there are hardly any English Channels and no movie channels at all on the television. Frankly one cannot expect to be out of their room all the time. Otherwise the stay was fine.

The room is small but is expected of the price and of hongkong in general. Location is near mtr yet not exactly the best part of town if you have young kids with you since it's surrounded by somewhat sleazy bars. The room is okayish but the beds are hard and not too comfortable. Staff are generally accommodating and helpful.

Good stay again. Room very clean and well maintained. Location good here for taxi and MTR. Some construction on exterior means noise from 9am to 6pm, not excessive though. Still not good for breakfast however many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Good free internet connection. TV needs updating, no good news stations or others really.
Nightlife Tip:
This area has many 'entertainment' bars so not really somewhere to walk relaxingly with family. Good sports bars in Delaneys and Dog house, most other bars have screeens as well.
