Great Location
Room size, location and close to MTR
It has everything you need for a short stay. Bigger rooms than the other hotels within the same price range. Air conditioner couldn't be adjust and it was very cold. I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Great water pressure but shower head is not the movable kind which I would prefer. Restaurant under renovation.

Bad service and lack of professional training.
The front desk staff asked for a security deposit (about HK500) which I authorized my credi card as the deposit when I checked in. I did not spent any thing at the hotel, and requested for a return/ copy of my credit deposit sheet in order to prevent them from continuing to charge my credit card when checked out, but they refused to return me the signed credit authorition sheet, which is not legal but also nonprofessional , meaning that their front desk staff lacks of training or required professional knowledge. I kind of worry that my authorized credit card deposit sheet can be used like a signed blank after I left the hotel!?
