Great Location but small rooms
5
checkin was efficiently carried out, although a room on a high floor had been requested the twelveth floor was as high as i got.on querying the standard of the room at the front desk i was advised that i had been upgraded to a "delux" room.although advertised as a 22sq/m room this includes furniture and fitings.these rooms are extremely noisy.
breakfast was a shambles, no plates, no cups, hot food cold, juice quality and range poor.
Travel tip:
Area has great chioce of restaurants and bars, Shanghai restaurant down the street and round the corner has excellent food and service, great value for money.

i really like it but wi-fi is weak when you're at 19th floor.
Travel tip:
too many bars around the area so it's not really a good place to stay if with your young kids

Great Location
Location in the centre of Wan Chai night llife district
10
Modern hotel in the centre of the Wan Chai night life district. The hotel is new, modern, ceilings a bit low, rooms are of a good size, clean, everything works, lots of hot water, good air conditioning (some times too good), very comfortable bed, very quiet. The staff all speak English, Cantonese and other languages, they are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is an all you can eat buffet, which is set up for both Chinese and western styles of breakfast. All the food is fresh, hot and well made and presented.
Nightlife Tip:
I always in and around the Wan Chai night life district. This is the best and lowest priced hotel and is in the centre of the night life. Just walk out the door.

Another experiential stay of WC's hotels. Unfortunately, this hotel did not measure up to the other hotels Ive stayed in WC. The lifts took ages to arrive. No dedicated express lift for the executive floor. Room decor a bit on the oldish side, especially the bathroom which I shall only describe as "retro". And my room had a stale musky smell.

Small hotel but convenience
Free Wifi, clean and friendly staff
7
The hotel is located in a convenience area surrounding by many family restaurants, and pubs street. If you like technology, there is a computer mall near by. If you like sport, there is a outdoor basketball court near by too.
Restaurant Tip:
If you like casual food, there are many of the family restaurants on Hennessy Road, and Johnston Road Wan Chai, if you like more fancy restaurant, there are many above Time Square and plenty of selection.

Location in the Center of HKG
10
Rooms were small, but that's really all you need when you are travelling. And the bathroom had a bath, which was great to soak in after a long day pounding the pavement.
The staff were friendly and courteous and eager to help out with directions.
We felt the location was perfect. It was close to the MTR Station, a short walk from the tram on Hennessy / Johnston Roads, a short walk from the Wanchai Ferry and didn't seem to be as hectic as some other parts of Hong Kong.
It is in the red light district, but we had no problems. It certainly kept us entertained while dining!
