Very conveniently locate din the heart of wanchai. Service was friendly and prompt. Room was clean, free broadband which was part of the booking option worked very well. Phone call to housekeeping to request iron & ironing board was promptly delivered. Only down side was the beds were like planks! If you want a soft bed - don't stay here...

Good location, but no other redeeming qualities

Disappointed with this hotel. Main reason being that the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke that was bad enough to disrupt my sleep. i was not offered a non-smoking room. The mattress was extremely hard.
Room was very small, but that is to be expected in HK. Facilities in general were not up to the standards i was expecting.
I would not use this hotel in the future.

hotel is old, situated in the red light district

first we got a really old room on 10th fr. the room smell old and not too clean. i am allergic to dust and bed bug so after get on the bed. i had a bad case of allergy so took a pill. after half hour it's not better so went down to the front desk. they send people to check, we insisted that i couldn't sleep in this room because of allergy. so they finally moved us to 12floors. the room was much cleaner. the breakfast was not much and very greasy. the staffs were nice and friendly. but i wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you like the noise from the street. because the hotel is in the middle of red light district so it's not convenient to go out at night for a woman. it is safe but the street is busy and very noisy.

the room is reasonable nice for its price.

like the location as it is walking distance to the wanchai convention centre. and minutes by taxi to the soho. lot of restaurants nearby the hotel.
quite disappointed with the breakfast which no much choice provided at all.

The rooms were, as expected, very small and old. It's not a very good hotel, but it is well-located. The breakfast restaurant was being renovated while I was there and the room they held it in was pretty terrible. The breakfast itself was not very good either. In my opinion there are better places for the same amount of money to be found (if you book early enough)

OK hotel in Wanchai bar district
Clean and good service from staff. Godd location if you want Wanchai night life around the corner (not a family place)

a good and well managed hotel in the heart of wanchai bar district on hong kong island with good night life around the corner. it may not however be the best choice for families. the rooms are quite small and have internet access. in relation to price worth the money. proffessional staff.
