Good place for a budget traveler in Kowloon

In Kowloon, just to get a nice clean room these days, it costs at least $75-100 range. I found this TST Hotel on Agoda and I thought to give it a try for around $60-70 per night. The room was small and the building where it was located was not very clean but in good location, right on Nathan Road.
The room was very small but most places in Kowloon are for a 2 - 3 star rating. But it was clean enough and had tv and air conditioning.
Just to have a clean bed one night for a budget traveler, which I would recommend.
Shopping Tip:
Close to Kowloon shopping areas, Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok.

Very friendly and warm welcome by receptionist. The room clean and no smelly. Only the lift a bit old, but it look so classic.

チムシャーツイ駅A1出口近く（歩数10秒くらい）立地は最高。部屋の鍵が壊れており、事務所のようなところを覗くがスタッフがいない。貼り紙に書いてある携帯電話に電話をしたが、現地の言葉で何か言われて一方的に切られた。不安で眠れませんでした。

シングルに泊まりましたが、部屋はベッドのみでいっぱいの狭さです。シャワーが便器の上にありスライドドアでベッドと仕切られています。掃除はきちんとしてありました。共用廊下にあるポットで湯が沸いていたり、パソコンが使わせてもらえたりしました。雑居ビルの中ですが長時間のエレベーター待ちはしなくてすみました。ホステルのような、宿泊者が集まれるスペースはありませんでした。
チェックアウト後、執務室内に荷物を預かってもられったのですが、予定の夜10時に取りに行った際誰もおらず、オーナーの携帯に電話して、鍵の在処を聞かなければなりませんでした。

第一天入住時，大廈電梯壞了，管理員說只能爬樓梯，爬樓梯爬了十四樓，旅遊的好心情已經去掉一大半，到達門口時，門鎖住了，也沒人開門，門口貼了一個手機號碼要我們撥過去，先給我們密碼，進去等了約莫30分鐘才有人來，期間我們打去agoda尋問，想不到打去之後，服務人員請我稍待，等了快十分鐘，僅得到回覆說旅館的人要過來了，電話漫遊了十分鐘得到這個回覆，一整個快要抓狂，更離譜的是有人來幫我們開門了之後，一進到房間，全部都沒整理，大傻眼了我，我想不會再有下一次了。

房間雖然小小的但是很乾淨 畢竟香港什麼都小小的,老闆是華人服務很好態度佳 ,空間明亮床也很乾淨 設備周全,有一樓要磁卡 旅館外面也要磁卡 再加上房間的鎖 總共三道鎖感覺很安全,

大樓門口就有A21機場巴士直接到機場
斜對面就是重慶站 裡面有必定要買的手信Jenny bakery
大樓有點年代 電梯正在翻修
所以一等可以等上五分鐘
但房間算乾淨 只是廁所真的很窄

Tsim Sha Tsui Hotel은 Tsim Sha Tsui 역에서 무착 가깝고, Victoria Harbor도 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 다만 간판을 찾기 어려워 처음엔 헤메었지만, 오랜된 엘리베이터를 이용하여 도착한 호텔은 작지만 깨끗했습니다. 날씨는 좋지 않았지만, Victoria Harbor에서 밤 8시에 진행한 레이저 쇼도 걸어가서 볼 수 있었습니다. 바쁜 일정으로 잠깐 머물기에는 적당한 호텔인 것 같습니다.
