The room was normal, clean, comfortable but not very big, it's a bit far from the MRT station. Also I don't think the staff there is very friendly so I don't think I will stay there again....

It was a great experience that the hotel was clean with helpful staff. A free upgrade was given, hard to find such a big room in Central. The draw back was no TV in room and the sofa was really uncomfortable.

No problems of any kind. Quickly delivered the requested adaptor. No breakfast supplied but an acceptable one available across the street. Was not there long enough to discover any major problem. The hotel is very similarl to the WWCA across the street.

We booked this hotel very last minutes as it is so difficult to find a reasonably priced hotel that day. We are very happy to find this hotel and it is gorgeous. The room is cozy and clean and the staff are very helpful, friendly. We enjoyed our time short time of stay there and would stay in this hotel again for the next trip to HK.
The shortfall about this hotel is that it takes a little while to get to Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui or Mong Kok.
