staff are not performance. they are not kind. i reached the hothel around 8 am. they told me i can reach my roon only at 2pm. they even not provide me any place to wait, they just drop me out to wait somewhere. i spent around 41 hong kong dollard just to wait to enter into my room. i was very bad experience for me to be in this hothel. i can not avoid anybody to go to usa hothel at hong kong.

the location of the hotel is very near by the mtr exit.
quadruple room is enough for four adult to stay.
the downstair from the hotel have a lot of shop until midnight.
very suitable for shopping lover.

great location for sightseeing and shopping spree
near the shopping areas and mtr

so far we enjoyed our stay here since it's just near the road so we didn't have a hard time shopping from one place to another.

usa is in the mirador building, the rooms are basic and small but functional kept clean and have what you need for a stay. instead of wasting your mone on expensive rooms when all you need is a place to drop your things and sleep this place should be considered. it is also part of the old experience of hk to stay in this type of accomodation which is a rarity these days as everything goes upmarket.
Restaurant Tip:
Make sure you go to one of the bayside restaurants in Stanley Well worth the trip to the otherside of the island and nice area to stroll around.

for me this hostel is one of the comfortable than hostels are nearby,although the room is small, but cleanliness is maintained but less satisfactory service staff,when i was check in they are too busy to talk to each other,and the wifi connection is very slow

This hostel is located in central shopping district,There are many shops that are nearby,

this is my 4 time- at this hotel-it's convient and easy-have great location-at the center of all the shoping area.also the hotel very clean-what ever you pay it's what you get. and the people at the hotel very nice and allways help me-when i need somthing

as the subject, in my opinion, i think it is just only suit for male, coz there are lots of people look like bad guy, but what i saying, it is just the around hotel, hotel itself it is totally safe at least when i in the room feel secure, but if u check in late or back to hotel late, then i think better walk in big road or street.
dont expect have any service, just give the the really really basic, thats is sleep, toilet, air condition and window, not a hotel actually, what i call a place hostel or just for sleep only.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
close to star ferry, and should take ferry to hong kong island, not bad view on ferry

I don't like the staff so unkind,don't care about the clients needed.one time I asked to change my room coz the water goes down on the floor from the bathroom it's like flooding in my room.I was disappointed They don't care...

Great Location But Water Heater needed to wait

so far the location is great, it is near to mtr station n shopping centre and esp ave os stars. but sad is that water heater need to wait for bathing and need to return by 10pm as lift will shut dwn.

Room is very small but it's clean. Moreover, it's very close to shoping mall and very convenience to go to other places. However, staff are not nice at all, I have to wait around 45 mins to talk to them. Therefore, I felt upset about their performance.
