Near the subway, near shopping place, near shopping malls,near seven-11, near some attractions... the room is clean though small, staff comes each day to clean your room, i can say their honest (i left my wallet in the room and it wasnt touched!

the hotel is very accessible it is near mtr tsim sha tsui station. the rooms are very small and the staffs are unfriendly.
Shopping Tip:
You should go to Mongkok(Ladies Market) there is a street there that you can buy cheap rubber shoes you have a lot to choose from.

the WORST place in hong kong. if u want to spoil your vacation go to this so called hotel. there is NO hot water provided 24/7 and u do not know this fact before u come to the place. hot water is supposed to run in the morning hours from 7am till 1 pm and in the evening hours from 7pm till 1 am, but it can happen that it does NOT run, cause there is a water heater in the hostel. it means that if someone staying in any other room of the hostel has already taken a shower there is a big chance that u will have to wait untill water is heated!!! at the same time u have to keep in mind that there is no hot water in day hours. besides electricity problems are normal for this place. just be careful when booking a room there.
ps: there is a notice next to an elevator in the building asking tourists not to use the corridors as a toilet. i hope u got enough info to make the right picture about the place named 'usa hostel'.
pps:as for me i had to move to another place next morning though had booked for several nights.

2ND Time Around in USA Hostel

im not quite satisfy with the services i received in USA Hostel for my 2nd booking. My booking was more or less 2 months advance. I'm requesting for a room w/ a window and what they gave was a room w/o window. They don't even offer to change our room. shower room lock was defective, shower hot water was not working properly.In fairness, the housekeeper was very helpful. If your looking for a cheaper place this might sought your budget. Just don't expect to much.

wifi is weak to connect and need to go near to the lift so the connection is better. picture shown in the web might not be the same as what you get. after 10pm they will switch off the sub lift and you need to use the main lift to go back to your room.
the cleaner is friendly and make you feel that you have the home stay feeling.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Easily access to MTR to other sightseeing places like Disney Land HK , Wax Museum and Big Buddha.

we did not have difficulty in locating the place. checking in was easy and even if we arrived earlier than the check-in time,we were allowed to enter the room. the room was clean though very small, was enough for our needs. security was tight and the staff were courteous. wifi was available but the signal was very weak inside the room. we went out to the lobby to get a decent signal. after 10 pm, elevator service is out and we had to go to the back to get to another elevator. after midnight, the reception office is closed and nobody is left behind to attend to needs of guests. our return flight was early and had to leave the hotel before 7am and the office was still closed so we had to surrender our key before midnight to be able to get our deposit for the key. we were satisfied with this place because of the great location. it was easy to go back to the hotel for toilet needs or to unload our shopping bags.
