Good location, small room, not quite clean

you gave to go to 13th floor to check in. rooms are in 13th, 8th, 5th floors( maybe have other floor's rooms). office hours are 7am to 12am, so if you want to check out at 6am to catch up early flight, you have to return key at previous night before 12am. it means you could not come back too late and after you return room's key, you could not leave room.
room is small. the first room they gave me was with bad smell, so i ask them to give me another one.
location is very good and just beside mtr.

Great Location but customer service is lame

The first night we stayed was disastrous. We were a party of four, the guy that checked us in said we were getting "one of the best rooms in the house". When we got to the room, it only had two beds, one big enough for 2 people and one single bed. We were told the dirty mattress in the hall was our fourth bed. That wasn't the worst part. We stayed during summertime so the a/c from the upper rooms dripped water onto ours. The sound of the water was so loud that none of us slept a wink that night. Thank god the guy changed our room the next night after telling him about it. Now the second room was so much better than the first. There were actually three beds in this room, one big enough for 2 people and two single beds. Even-though the a/c was placed in a inconvenient place, it served its purpose and no more unbearable dripping water noise. There's 2 people working at the front desk, the guy is nice but the lady is very rude. We asked the lady for some clean towels one day but she wouldn't give us any because they were all hanging in the hallway drying. Even though we saw clean, dry, folded towels inside the laundry room. I may be a bit skeptical before staying in this hotel. Although the location of the hotel is wonderful, very convenient to all transportation and shopping.

Not really pleasant as the lobby and ground floor is overcrowded with people....not so friendly the staff as well as the owner. Great price but too cheap looking for a tourist like us...Good for a boarding house not a hotel.

Nice hostel , room is clean and good location too
bed is enough for 3 person to sleep which i always worried about.

budget friendly hotel
very good locati0n (near mtr,avenue of stars,space museum), friendly staff, free wifi, discounted oceanpark and disneyland tickets

we arrived around 230am in d h0stel but the reception area was closed.there was a note telling us to call a number if there was no one in the reception.good thing i was on roaming so i called the number though i spent around 130 pesos for less than a minute call. a filipina receptionist welcomed us, she was friendly and helpful. we booked for a triple deluxe room but on our first night, we were booked in two separate single rooms far from each other. their rooms are really small. we opted to stay in just one single room so when we actually slept, each one of us could barely move. their cr is very small and the glass partition is kinda see through so be careful. what we did was just use the cr without turning the lights on. we were transferred to a bigger room on our second up to fourth night there. this one was definitely better.

the staff is friendly and supportive! they can speak mandarin chinese. great location, near the mtr tsimshatsui station and ferry port. free wifi is a plus because most other hotels in hk charge a great amount. the hotel provide free local calls. lots of stores and restaurants near the hotel.
