Nice Hotel, great location !!

staff extremely friendly and helpful. the location is in walking distance to many bars / restaurants. it is also close to wan chai metro station and only 1 stop away from shopping centre such as times square. 24-7 convenient store just round a corner from the hotel 20 metres away. you can always get a 24-7 macdonald's within 50 meters in early hours of the morning if you desire for a snack after a night out where many restaurants are closed.

Near Mtr , Times square .
Outside hotel is very easy to find eat .

nice location, zero flexability

Agoda's policy has zero flexiblity. I booked 6 nights from 5th till 11th of January and due to flight schedule changed i had to move all my stay one day earlier to be from 4th till 10th (same 6 nights in total)
When i asked for canceling the last night while adding another night at the begining they refused doing that.
go ahead Agoda make an extra night money, i will not book again through Agoda.
The hotel didnt try too much to help.

Room card system has too many errors.
Clean, Good location to commute to Exhibition centre

i had to change my room card about 10 times in total for 7 days.
they said that i should not overlap with octopus cards or credit cards, so i was be very careful following their explanation.
however, the room cards have still shown errors.

Okay hotel

The location was a bit hard to find, but it's not too distant from the Wan Chai station. The lobby is located on the 3rd floor and is a bit small.
There are not many people working in the reception area. It doesn't seem like a hotel, more like an apartment complex turned into a semi-hotel if they have availability. There is a room deposit you must place when you arrive. The room itself was nicely decorated. The toilet water is muddy - looked like someone forgot to flush the toilet after going number 1.
My qualm with them is that I had asked a question in English and the receptionist didn't understand me. However, I do speak Cantonese fluently. Before I was able to make myself clear in Cantonese, she had turned to her co-worker and made a few choice remarks about me. Another time is when we were waiting to check out, a man was checking in before us. He asked to be upgraded and informed them that he was waiting for a delivery. I didn't listen to the rest, but when he left - the lady who was helping him turned to her friend and complained.
I understand that they have every right to complain, but it left a bad taste in my mouth to witness it.
Besides that, this is an alright hotel for a couple or an individual traveler. I would not recommend this hotel for families. The spacing in our room was perfect for a couple, not for a family. There is free wifi in the room that is quite fast.

the breakfast area is perhaps a bit small. the hotel is quite new, for about 3-4 months and not a lot of taxi drivers know about it. the first driver took me to a different hotel about 50 metres away on the same street.
Hotel Feature Tip:
ask the hotel personnel to assist you in making capacinno, not everything is there at the service counter.

Very nice hotel, but they need to focus on speed at the point of check-out. With only two representatives at the desk, a need to wait so you can check out is a weak spot in their customer service model.
Floor covering in the room is an interesting (and clean) alternative to carperting, but detracts from the warmth of the room, particularly on cold December/January nights (yes, HK can get chilly).

Hotel is well located, room is small but well equipped.Though its a new hotel, some of its room furniture has been broken or scratched, even some are not well functioned. They may focus a lot on its design to be a boutique hotel, but still usablility should also be considered in those design. Overall, its a not bad stay.
