Convient location, large room size
I think the following, 1. Location; 2. Large Room Size; 3. With simple Kitchen; this is very suitable for a family with small kids, we had 2 rooms, one is 65 sm and another one 45 sm.

The hotel is an apartment hotel, small as a hotel, but the room size is very large specially in HK. The location is also very good and accessible easily with the subway Wanchai Station.

Overall very good hotel, very hospitality, very warm welcome from hotel staff. There are 2 point to point out that this hotel was without cafeteria and without name outside the building made taxi driver difficult to find.

The room was totally perfect two thumbs up i would say, location is really bad you have to walk all way through everything you need unless your shopping for construction materials it would be perfect as it is adjacent road to all building materials and lightings. service is bad due to holiday and they can't even provide a new towel nor toilet amenities for us on the second day even

对小家庭而言比较合适，经济划算，房间够大，装修很好也实用，住宿条件也很好。不过酒店周围是装修材料及家装配件的销售地，相对不是那么好看。交通比较方便，离紫荆花广场以及湾仔码头不远。周边没有大商场，可以去往铜锣湾，倒是不远

湾仔附近的小商店多，大店没有，但坐地铁比较方便，小店买盒饭和零食也很不错

1、位置够好。 酒店位于湾仔谢斐道，湾仔地铁站、铜锣湾商圈、湾仔码头、会展中心等等，都在步行可达范围。
2、交通够方便。 轩尼诗道、告士打道的巴士站都在步行2分钟的距离范围内，湾仔地铁站也很近。
3、面积够大。 我们这次住的v702房，接近40平米的空间，在港岛的星级酒店里也算是很大的了
4、设施够新。 公寓酒店提供了微波炉、电冰箱、电磁炉、排烟机、简单烹饪设施、电视、微型音响、电熨斗。。。。 等等 非常方便

酒店不好找，门面太小，装修比较精致，用品用具太少，在agoda付了钱到了酒店还要再信用卡预授权，现在还没取消！
