the first thing is, when i try to check in, the hotel could not find my booking, and spend me 20 min for the reception to make decision.
the hotel's location is good and the room is big. but the bathroom and toilet looks a little bit old...

- Room is about 500 eq feet and we have total 8ppl inside the room for Xmas party and didnt feel narrow at all

It is between Wan chai and CWB, very easy to travel around HK side area

The toilet design is just horrible.
The toilet bowl is so old and not modern that if i was told that it was left for the 1930s, i will find it to be not surprising at all.
And the taps & sink! OMG!
They do not fit each other at all! The sink is too small!!! The tap with extra long neck does not go hand in hand with the miniature sink. Who ever desinged the toilet should never design another toilet ever again--stop causing more people to feel distressed everytime they want to wash their hands.

The staffs were so nice. As i have ordered the food delivery but i could not received directly. They helped me to receive and helped to forzen the food. Also, the room have cooking service so that i can make the food by myself.

IT is a bit far away from everything, but a nice place to stay! kichenette are clean and tidy! ready to be used! helpful staff. Even show us to the room and teach us how to use all the electronics stuffs!

It's my first time spent in a serviced apartment and I had a satisfactory experience. The studio is bigger than what I expected which is a great bonus. I don't have much to complain about.

this hotel is not far from the macau ferry terminal, just a 5 min taxi you will arrive, not taking the mtr coz it's quite far from it.
the studio is cozy, with tv, sofa, and kitchen. it closes to some restaurant and bars.

Good location in the heart of Wanchai

1. The room is big for HK standard.
2. It is a service apartment and not a hotel, so don't expect room service, porter or free sachets of coffee or tea.
3. They do provide simple cooking utensils and a microwave if you prefer to cook. But we didnt try that as there's so many good eateries nearby.
4. The bathroom in frosted glass panels is modern but a little 'inconvenient' if you are sharing room with friends or even your siblings. Perfectly fine if you're with your partner or spouse!
Restaurant Tip:
Must try -
1. "Zoi Heng Roast Meat Shop" on Hennessy Road - for their succulent and sweet roast meats! We love the 'char siew' and their daily soup (spare ribs soup) most!
2. "Weng Wah Noodle House" on Hennessy Road - for their wanton noodle. We love their thin and springy egg noodles which has a good 'crunch' which is delicious.
3. some "Island Tea & Coffee House" on 176 Henessy Road - for their traditional Chinese egg tarts! The buttery and flaky pastry goes very well with the egg custard. Yum!
