I was moved to V2 up the road, and even better
The upgrade to a deluxe: large comfortable room, great TV, bathroom and helpful staff.

There was an error booking in the Jaffe Road branch so I was moved to the V2 down the road, and given an upgrade for my trouble. Everthing was handled well, and the V2 is better I think than the V (which I've used regularly). The V2 is more attractively appointed, and is closer to the MTR (subway), trams, busses and overhead walkway.
The room is really good, especially at this price, and I recommend the V or V2 to anyone.

Short walk from MTR. Staff were friendly. Room is big with all necessary items provided. Free upgrade to their deluxe room with balcony area. Construction near the hotel, therefore view is not very nice. Not too noisy though. Bustling area with lots of yummy food stalls around.

I had a great time spending a night there. Their room is relatively larger compair to other hotel in the same district. This may due to the previous usage of the hotel was as sevice apartment.
The interior design was trendy. Although I don't like the flurencent light using in the room, which isn't very relaxing nor romantic, but they are good for business travelers who may need a brighter place to work inside. The nice surprise was the nice spring shower, very relaxing. Also, I was suprised that they serve breakfast in their tiny lobby, which was brilliant! I still remember how their Nespresso coffee made my morning! I will stay there again for sure.

Rooms were clean and spacious enough for a couple as a serviced apartment however, fairly basic in facilities and amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful but slightly understaff as there is only one reception or front desk officer acting as security and bellman, all in one. Staff helped to halt a cab by walking the extra distance. Price for the location they are in is good value.
