I booked two rooms for 9th of April. The room my friends stayed in the conditon was appalling! They found cut finger nails (sharp) in the bed. The toilet smelt of urine. When taking a shower, the water leaked out to the rest of the bathroom. It was not a Five star hotel should be like. Next time, the money will definately be spent somewhere else!!

It was great, I went to Hong Kong for medical reasons and chose the W Hong Kong because I've had many friends stay there and they all recommend it for the comfort of the rooms and beds, the black out windows are also great as well, really easy to use controls in the room.

Lovely Hotel in HongKong
Just above the airport train express. Take 20 minutes to airport by train.

the best thing is the hotel is just located exactly the kowloon mrt station which had direct check in with airlines and take 30 minutes to airport by train. the hotel staff service is very very good. the hotel design with boutique style which i really like it. definitely i will stay again if got chance.

I'm not the person who stayed at this hotel but just only choose this for my boss.
The reason I choose this hotel because I think between the venue of the meeting and hotel is too far or not by called and asked the hotel. After my boss came back, I asked for the feedback - he said the location is great and service mind is excellent. Most of the staff can communicate English language very well to compare with others hotels. That's enough to make my boss happy.

Generally the stay has been pleasant. The hotel room is clean and nice modern design. The location is very accessible to resturants and kowloon station. The wonderful room is wonderful indeed.
