Walk from Causeway Bay MTR station Exit C, takes only 8 minutes and 5 minutes to Causeway Bay where premier shopping, dining and entertainment area in Hong Kong. The international airport is just a 40 minute drive away. Easily accessible to guests by various forms of transportation. * Excellent location
* Easy to take a taxi
* Friendly and helpful staff
* Small reception desk. In the morning, it is often overloaded of check-out people. A new desk should be added to deal with morning high time.
* The view from room is toward to the opposite building over street. It is like somebody can see me anytime.
* A bit far to the nearest underground station.
I was a bit upset about the cold welcome of receptionist. But it then turned out a comfortable experience. The late-night receptionist provided me with helpful information and lent me his LAN cable that I could access to the Internet during my stay.
Newspapers delivered to room in English and the other day in Chinese. That is truly wasting since we can't read Chinese.

Located near Sogo, Causeway bay. One of my favourite shopping spots in Hong Kong.
Nothing much to fuss about! Maybe the tv was a bit small with the cable tv sometimes having transmission inturruption.
The location of the hotel is at the main road, Henessy road. No problem finding it. Plenty of trams just outside of the hotel and walking distance to Sogo, the nearest subway station. The check in speed was superb and the staff at the reception counter was friendly and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to see a tray of welcome drinks and snack with my name on a piece of welcome card in the room, waiting for me! The bathroom is clean with a bathtub, and everything you need for a night's stay is complete as any other basic requirement for a hotel. The reception staff was very helpful, in helping us to look up in the map for a location we were looking for. They even gave us a photocopy of the map and that really helped a lot. They also gave us tips on how to travel around HK in the cheapest way! Overall, very satisfactory with the stay there. Will definitely come back to stay the next time in HK!
Shopping Tip : SOGO!!!! Causeway Bay and trams line just outside the hotel.

Good hotel for the price, helpful staff, clean room
rather small room, small TV screen with few cable channels
Stayed overnight and was happy with the service and with the room. Got good value for money. Good location, near Times Square or Causeway Bay and MTR. You get free internet too as long as you have your own cable. Room and bathroom are a bit small, and TV has few channels, but overall its ok. I would stay here again if I need to make a trip to Hong Kong
