Nice, comfort hotel and friendly services.
Near few MTRs, shopping area, and nice foods around hotel area.

My stay at West Hotel make my trip enjoyable and happy. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room environment are clean, tidy and comfortable, i got a nice view from my room window. Easy access to few MTR stations (Jordan station, Austin station and Kowloon station) If taking bus to airpot, bus 22A bring you there within half hours ride @ $39Hk. Many nice food around the hotel and its just few streets away from Temple street also... Its value for money. I would like to recommend 3.5 stars for this hotel and its for sure i will go back to this hotel in my next trip to Hongkong.

Stay in West Hotel was alright.
Place was convenience to a certain extend.
Austin station was just a short distance away but shopper like us will prefer to stay near the red line. It's a walking distance to Jordan station(red line) where it is more convenient to travel around. But after a long day of walk, distance back to the hotel seem to be a long journey.
The normal bed was hard, the extra bed seem more comfy then the normal bed. But then, Hong Kong is more of shopping paradise than sleeping, so I should not comment more on the bed.
As compared to the other places, the hotel was situated at a more quiet area.
In conclusion, I think I will not choose to stay in the hotel again as it is not as convenience.

It takes approximately 8 mins to the Jordon MTR station exit A but is very near to the Austin MTR station(3mins walking to austin mtr station) - excellent if you wanna visit Tsim Sha Shui frequently.
15 mins walking to fery macau terminal.
Airport Bus A22.
Clean and comfortable hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Temple Street.

Stayed there for 2 weeks. Room is neat and clean. However, the windows cannot be opened and you need to turn on the air conditioning all the time that makes the air in the room very dry. My husband always coughs in the room.
It takes approximately 8 mins to the Jordon MTR station but is very near to the Austin MTR station - excellent if you wanna visit Tsim Sha Shui frequently

We were expecting a double bed, but were instead given two single beds. The beds were hard which made the nights uncomfortable. Apart from that, the bathroom was good, we had a good tv and very good aircon. The rooms were clean and quiet. For the price we paid, it was good.
Shopping Tip:
It only takes 15 minutes to walk to the main shopping district of Mong Kok, and you get to see the sights along the way.

Two of the female receptionists were surprisingly not friendly at all and a bit rude. I agreed with other guesses' comments for which the bed is too hard
Travel tip:
A short taxi trip to the MTR where you can take a rapid rail directly to the airport.

Liked being near Night Markets, buses (one direct from airport to end of street A22), nice seafood restaurant in street opposite hotel. Secure quiet location and the beds are hard.

The public transport system is very efficient, so easy to get around. Took the bus from the Airport which stopped on Jordan Rd, just around the corner from the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ocean Park is well worth the visit. The price includes most of the rides and the Gondola and train ride up and down the mountain. Go early as you won't have time to do all the rides, or see all the attractions, but don't go during the holidays or weekends as it is very busy. We went on a week day, but there was still a wait on some rides. If the Gondola is very busy, you can take the express train up the mountain, which is very quick, and can hold alot more people.
