booked the standard twin room. surprise that the room is bigger that expected. ample space to put all the baggage. location wise. close to the mtr stations - around 5-10 mins walk. other than, had a good stay.

like the good location and the place is very strategic..somthing to bear is the hard bed.food is convenient everywhere and its near to temple market and just less than 5 minutes walk to austin mrt.

the location is easy to found out that is near the bus stop is so convenient to get another place. when i was got there, they provid the room was free upgraded that made me so happy. and free wifi is needed.
Shopping Tip:
the location is convenient to get MTR or bus to get another touris places.

good location, quiet, clean rooms, close to mrt.
only bad thing was the bed. it was extremely hard, felt like sleeping on a piece of wood.
room was small, but comfy.
Restaurant Tip:
temple street is just a few streets away from the hotel. cheap and awesome food.

quiet & convenient location, but just 1-2 blocks to shops, restaurants & mtr(jordan station). room was just average & it felt just clean enough to stay; however, the beds were extremely hard - it was beyond extra firm. showers kept switching temperature so it's very easy to get scalded. would not stay here again because of the beds.
Nightlife Tip:
Close to Temple Street night market & many eateries.

Great location and bigger rooms than anticipated

The West Hotel is located very close to metro and the interesting markets Temple Street night market, Ladies market and Jade market. The area is lively.
The rooms are much bigger than average for Hong Kong, they are nicely furnitured and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately breakfast is not available and western breakfast is not too easy to find other places nearby.
The rooms provide refregiator but no safe for valuable items.
Using your own computer to go on the internet costs extra, but there are computers available at the business center on 2nd floor.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check out the markets mentioned above and take a walk around for a good feel of Kowloon. Kowloon Park to the south is also wearth a visit.

Great Location but extremely hard beds
Quiet location, 1 block to store & restaurants, about 2 blocks to MTR

We like firm beds, but this is beyond extra firm - it was like sleeping on cardboards - I am not exaggerating. However, the 3rd "roll away" bed was perfect! Also, the shower temperatures kept changing so you could be easily scalded. Would NOT stay here again because of the beds.
