Shopping Tip:
Turn right when you go out from hotel, walk until u reach the causeway road. The MTR station there is the nearest station. You can get different type of food and shop there as well

Small hotel hidden in the middle of the city

This is the 2nd we came back to this hotel, we didnt get a double bed room which I am pretty sure I input this request when I booked the hotel. Anyway, the staff said the hotel is full so we had to stay in the twin room(which became not a problem later cox we moved the 2 single bed together to become a double bed.
Location is good, just few blocks away from the city centre in causeway bay. Staff are acceptable, which I think in a big city the staff from this small hotel can be called polite and friendly. They have a balcony for guests to use which is quite nice at night.The room size was appropriate. And there is 24 hours convenience stores around.
The AC was quite cold, and if you put it high the room became a bit humid.....
Overall I am satisfied.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the bus No. A11 from the airport and get off at the stop close to Marsh Road on Hennessy Road and just a few steps you can find the hotel. Walk out of the hotel and walk towards the direction to causeway bay, about 8 mins you will find the metro station.

We were upgraded to a bigger room upon checking-in which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and clean with a nice pantry area. Having a microwave was a nice bonus. Will stay there again next time.

Great location, good room size and amenities. Mediocre service. The receptionists are not very kind and seem to be unwilling to be of service. It is tough to get a microwave in your room unless you make a special request at least a month in advance. The internet access is probably the highlight of the hotel.

great hotel, they had booked out my room to someone else, so they gave me the top floor room at no extra charge, fantastic location, and of course the super fast wifi. minutes walk from clubs, pubs, shopping, and restaurants, a great place to stay.

Great Value, Strategic Location

The bed and pillows were great and comfortable. Such a heaven after all-day-long-walk exploring HK. The room didn't have too many free space but it's ok and enough. Free wifi was great. Check in and check out were fast and easy. We need to leave HK$500 for deposit which they returned when we checked out.
We left our tripod in the room and the housekeeping found it just as we left our room so the checkout lady could notify us. The housekeeping then delivered the tripod right away to us at the checkout counter. We were glad about it =)
They changed towels and made up our bed.Our room was full of stuff (Ipad, Notebook, dslr and lenses, etc), they were all save and untouched just the way we left them in the morning.
Trip to this hotel from Mongkok (Ladies Market area) cost us HK$90 (K$70 + cost cross tunnel). Both taxi drivers who drove us there didn't know or ever heard about this hotel. The entrance is small and not easily recognized from outside. Each floor only has 3 rooms! ^^
If you go to this hotel via MTR, stop by Causeway Bay station (not Wanchai! Eventhough the address told you it's in Wanchai) It will only take around 5 - 10 minutes walk to this hotel from Causeway Bay Station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Causeway Bay Plaza, WTC, Sogo, many branded outlets are in a comfortable walking distance. For fancy dine-in, those shopping mall provided you with enough choices. For local taste, just get in to any crowded noodle shop or any crowded restaurant and you will be fine.
If you walked across the Henessy Road from that area, you will find another shopping area Times Square. Many branded outlets in and out the mall. Free yourself to follow any shop sign which interest you. Some of the local shops are nestled in the building and have no frontage. We found a vintage polaroid shop at 3rd floor of a building, by following this sign. It was fun =)
