We were there for 4 days and was pleasantly surprised with the attentiveness of the staff there. The air con is a bit noisy and the hot water was kinda out of whack with it being super hot to super hot within seconds.
The breakfast is nothing to desire about with very very little selections, only eggs, breads, cereals. That's all. I was expecting at least some cooked food.

This hotel is strategically located in one of the famous street in hk. It is very clean and modern design. The bed is really comfortable and the room size is considered spacious in hk. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This hotel is just next to hotel holiday inn where we can catch a free bus k3 to kowloon station for airport express to hk airport. The only setback of this hotel is the breakfast choices are too little. Overall I'm very satisfied with it and will definitely stay back if I go to hk again.

over all experience is good.
Its my third time to visit Hongkong and this hotel is far most i would recommend among the three.
It is given that Tsim Tsa Tsui is a great place, and the hotel really took advantage of it.
it is very near the TST station (P & N exit), bus station, malls,restaurants, parks, and all most everything you think about.

Though it was near one of the MTR exits but many times we were heading back from other direction. If it's not for my friend who is familiar with the area, we probably will get lost couple of times. Breakfast was provided however the pastry were all cold, even the soft boiled eggs.

I travel with my parents and brother, it was a pleasant stay for us. The hotel room is comfortable with enough space. Shopping mall and restaurants are nearby, there is a noodle shop open until 1am just at the junction. Just a few minute walking distance to MRT station. Acceptable. Room rate versus quality.
