Lovely hotel and service with a smile

I am pretty happy with this hotel, even thought is rather far to Jordan Road LRT station or to Nathan Road is about a 15 minutes walk away, this hotel is very close to the History ad Science museums, which are well worth a visit. The one-way street where the hotel located has a regular flow of taxis and one street away has taxis to Hong Kong Island too, which is very convenient.
Overall I am very pleased with the bed size comfort, cleanliness and most important have free wireless internet and a huge television in the room. Futhermore, the services provided by the hotel especially the Front Office Manager, he is very polite and always with smile. I am greeted warmly by the ground floor lobby staff who remained courteous and helpful for my whole stay.
Only disappointment is no tea or coffee and minibar in my room.
I wouldn’t might to stay there again or recommend my friends to stay there too.

i love the serviced apartment, i booked a studio room and it was a cozy small room but good enough for just one person. room and amenities are good. only thing that can be improved would be cleanliness, as the floor seemed quite dusty like it hasn't been vacuumed for days. location wise it is near tst and jordan, about 10 minutes walk. wouldn't mind staying here again!

Small room, facilities is good as a serviced appartment, but room area is too small.
In-room telephone is not working, as well as the TV remote control. Good to have DVD player and iPhone charger, but do not know if they work.
Overall service is good.

Nice hotel for cheap budget

The location are just ok, not very close to the shopping area but never too far. The entrance are small but with nice features. The reception are situated in a floor where the staff will give you some advise. The plant of the room are a bit strange due the small sf area. the bathroom are big and clean.

this service apartment is conveniently located at tsim sha tsui. suite is newly renovated, spacious with good interior design. staff members were all helpful and friendly. the only weakness is that the hotel only provide shower gel / toothpaste on the first night and they won't be refilled. good from the environmental aspect but not making sense for customers staying for more than a few days.

the service is great as the staff is friendly at reception and front desk.
however, the check in area is on the 5th floor - which is rather inconvenient and the opening hrs are short. the room are spacious, but lack the amenities the basic hotel should have.
eg - soap, hairbrush,
this is not even a kitchenette. more like a bar with basin. it does not have cooking facilities besides the kettle. it does not provide plates, knives or any cutleries and plates. it does have two glass and two coffee cups. but no coffee and tea provided. therefore the apartment really lacks on basic amenities and basic kitchen utensils. therefore it should not state it has kitchenette on the website as marketing promotion.
but the rooms are spacious.

this is a renovated apartment (shown by the old elevators). the room we had is on the 6th floor. "compact" would be the best word. it had all the necessities of a hotel. on the bad side, the personnel is not very well trained in hotel business. the soap & shampoo is provided only once per stay (by policy). this might be ok for people who stay for 1 night, but we stayed for 3! location wise it is on the korean side of town. has quite a few korean restaurants. it is on a small street that not many taxi driver are aware.

Good location and large rooms
The size of the rooms are much better than the normal hotels in HK, good location if you are a walker and do not mind a 10mins walk to the MTR Station,. quiet area in a busy district.

We had a very lovely stay at the hotel-the security of the building is very good. Room is large, comfortable and quiet. As it is a service apartment, do not expect the same service as a hotel. The room is being cleaned everyday but the amenities will not be replaced daily and so you need to bring your own or buy them in HK.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Bring your own amenities set and also your slipper as these are not replaced daily. Reception is on the 5th floor - we arrived late and the night guard was asked to check us in - he does not speak much English but in general, very helpful with luggages etc.
