lovely service apartment very well located

the surface is not as big as said in the website but still confortable I would say 35 M2.
People are fine and you can arrive late.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is very close to Soho where are all restaurant and to central.

my family & i had a great time staying at yin serviced apartments (central district) because of its fantastic location which is closeby to plenty of great restaurants, mtr, malls. even though lan kwai fong bar street gets really busy & noisy along wellington street on the eve of the weekends, yin's apartment is very quiet as it is located on the other end of wellington street. on top of this the english speaking staff are very prodfessional & friendly.
the minor drawback is that the entrance of the apartment is not that easy to find as it is very small.
however regrettably, the only complain i have is that yin apartments does not provide little things like tissue paper, dishwashing detergent etc which was essentional as i was travelling with my baby which could have made my stay more convenient & wonderful.
therefore i would only recommend travellers that do not have children to stay there.

Gourmet Burger, Yong Ji Restaurent, Mak's Noodle (1 of the Best Wanton Noodle Place in Hong Kong)

Great location in the heart of Central.
Modern. Plenty of room. Good location close to the escalators (mid-level). Very comfortable bed, good shower and bath.

it wasn't the cheapest option but for convenience was great. if you were staying a long time be aware there was no crockery, cutlery in the room and no bathroom amenities - shampoo, conditioner etc. i arrived after 8pm, so the security guard had to check me in - his english was a bit limited but we got there.

almost perfect
localization, independence and freedom for the travellers

we had a short stay of 2 nights there. the facilities are just great and the localizations is perfect. you are 5 min walk from everywhere in central, including the mtr station. you can easily walk from lan kway fong area and you have the major shops ans shopping center within the next block.
the room (as expected) is a little too cozy and the queen sized bed is a point to take in note if you are traveling with young children (that was the case) because you need to squeeze a little so everybody can fit.
all the rest is amazingly good and decorated with great taste. being a serviced apartment you are not entitled to regular hotel services like room service but they actually provide a complete menu from a catering company that can deliver to your door.
we loved the place. although for those prices you will find for sure a great 5 stars hotel in hkg. just depends what are you looking for.
Restaurant Tip:
Awesome Restaurants at the Door Step. I sure recommend Il Porto 97 for Italian in Lan Kway Fong and really across the street you have a fantastic Middle East Food restaurant (Habibi Cafe).

Great Location Terrible Service
Rooms were nicel;uy decorated but too cramped with bath tubn taking most of the space.

office and staff were very unwilling to help with extending check-out time s my flight was at 6pm and all i wanted was a later check-out by 1 or 2pm but staff a=was rude and blunt. i would not even have minded paying but the toner set by a male office staff was very impolite.
because of this i will never stay there again

The hotel room design is very modern, the room is clean, tidy, large and comfortable. Although the price is higher than other similar hotels in the neighborhood, it is worth to stay here. The hotel is located in a quiet street so not much noisy from main street.

The location was great, being within walking to major stores and the up-and-coming SOHO district. Lots of great eats around the area too.
But it is flanked by small streets of wet market stalls, which may not be pleasant in the summer. It is also difficult to locate if you're not familiar with the area. The address of 97A Wellington Street is also quite misleading as it is located in the 100+ unit areas opposite the Butterfly on Wellington Hotel.
The staff were also not multi-lingual, or fluent in English as they have claimed. We only encountered one very fluent English-speaking staff, who was also the most friendly.
Housekeeping was non-existent on the days that we were there (Friday to Monday). Do note that housekeeping is not available on Sundays.
This place is ideal for a solo traveller or couples. Definitely not for friends as the shower area is completely exposed. Unless you are comfortable with being in full view while in the shower/bath, you are best booking separate rooms.
All in all, a well-located accommodation choice that comes with a reasonable rate. Do not go expecting any of the typical hotel services as this is after all a serviced apartment, which is what we came to terms with nearing the end of our 3-night stay,
