THe location is great and from the 14th floor the night light show was excellent. The rooms were very clean and we got a upgrade at the standard agoda rate.

GREAT STAY! The entire hotel, and not just the rooms, are CLEAN - despite having so many guests checked in during that weekend. They offered to let my Mom use the wheelchair free-of-charge during the entire duration of our stay. You will though have to pay for internet access which I thought was pretty expensive ($40 for 4 hours!).

Please be informed that we have some information about Road closures and traffic diversions on Janury 23 & 24, 2012. The details as follows : -
Special traffic arrangement will be implemented on January 23, 2012 (Chinese New Year Night Parade) and January 24, 2012 (2nd Day of Lunar New Year). Road closures and traffic diversions will begin approximately from 6:00 p.m. to mid-night approxiately due to accommodate large crowds gathering in Tsim Sha Tsui district near our hotel. Your clients will likely experience some difficulties in getting to the hotel if they are having a late flight. The closest point permitting vehicles to drop passengers off will be the Royal Pacific Hotel at Canton Road. They may consider changing their flight to arrive earlier. Otherwise, they may telephone our Concierge desk for assistance once they have reached the closest point to the hotel on their arrival, though it will take some time for our staff to go there.
