The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The hotel complex is used for a number of community purposes and this gives it a friendly lively vibe. We also attended a church service here on Sunday morning and enjoyed this very much.

great location, hotel restaurant excellent, rooms clean and tidy. not really any fault of the hotel, but when traveling to the hotel via bus or taxi it was difficult and slow getting through the traffic. the reason was because of roadworks near the hotel which will clear the problem once the roadworks are completed. We really enjoyed our stay here as we all found it to be in a very good location to public transport and to local shops. The hotel was very clean and tidy and we all thought the food in the restaurant was excellent. Our stay was also made even better due to my parents were unexpectedly upgraded to a fantastic suite with superb harbor view. another stay at this hotel would be welcome. thank you
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you have time in the evening/night (approx 8pm), make sure to watch the laser lighting at the harbor. spectacular.

shops...... ferries to everywhere you might wish to visit......nathan road with all its bustle and local colour......jade market.....night market...mtr station....all within a few minutes walking distance

You can take a bus (HK$33 single) direct from the airport to stop no. 14 on Nathan road, and the hotel is no more than a five minute walk from there. Whereas a taxi fare will cost you around HK$250.
Shopping Tip : Large, good quality Chinese Arts and Crafts shop at Star House, 3 Salisbury Road - which is a short walk from the hotel towards the place where the ferries cross to HK island.

Located on very convenience spot which make things so easy to get around Hongkong. The room is quite small for the price u pay, the dining has no attraction. Sit on gerat location that make things easy to go around, staff is very helpful and pleasant. This place is ideal for the firstimer in Hongkong.

rooms were in excellent condition, The hotel is in the best position in Hong Kong. The service was very friendly and professional.Check-in was smooth and quick, also checkout the bathrooms were very clean with good pressure.The pool area was clean and welcoming overlooking the road, and harbour (what a view). all up it was a great time at the YMCA.see you next time

My sisters stayed in a suite on the same floor and were very pleased with it, not least because it has a separate smallish study, apart from the sitting area.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you book for a harbour view, make sure it is on the higher floors.

I would return to this hotel again without hesitation.
Travel tip : To go to HK island it is much cheaper to take the Star Ferry than use MTR. Also a lot more scenic and the walk is good for you!

In the shopping area of TST.
Rooms a little bit outdated. The hotel is okay and the people are friendly but the rooms are outdated. The Hotel staff is really very nice but when you enter the hotel it is just like you enter a swimming pool. the smell is very bad. The good thing is there is a Starbucks around the corner and a lot of good restaurant on walking distance.
