Great location for shopping, eating out
Lovely staff, very good breafast and a laundry with ironing press which was great as I was travelling with my family.

We've been to this hotel many times, it's a great surprise to us when they upgraded our room (Thank you very much YMCA). Hotel is good, away from crowded area compared to other hotel, that's why we love to stay here again and again... Service is okay from check-in to checking-out. definitely, stay again in this hotel.

Family suite with nice view, room big enough to fit 3-4 adults, however, another bed is sofa bed which the mattress is too old that can feel the spring. Charged wifi Internet day is very slow and disappointing.

Hotel Feature Tip:
Very near to the shopping centers, restaurants and transportation. Can go from Kowloon to Hongkong Island with any means of transportation.

Great location with spacious room.
Family room with partial habour view. Great location. Very near to MTR and working distance to ferry terminals (to Hong Kong island and Macau).

We stay in Family room and are happy with its layout. It is spacious with partial habour view. A sofa bed is placed right in front of the window for you to enjoy the attractive night view. The King size bed is big. Room is big enough to accommodate 4 persons. Perfect for a family like us with 2 adult children.
However, there is no free Wi-Fi and slippers.
