Good accessibility and friendly staffs

It is basically located right at the middle of a busy street where one can buy lots local goods or souvenirs. Lots coffee shops are available to serve local cuisine at reasonable price. Staffs there are exceedingly friendly and make us feel very welcome. However, room is quite small, lift was spoilt on the night itself (after we came back from shopping) where fireman and policemen were around the building for some "fire fighting" as residents staying above told us some switches were short-circuited on few level above us (this motel only has few rooms on the first floor but we are all are under the same roof). We were excited and still thought it was movie shooting as we saw camera crews were waited below our building until, we smelt smokes that vex us unpleasantly when we slowly walked up the small, messy staircase and everywhere were all noticeably wet.
