Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Will Not Stay in this hotel in any of my trips.
3.3
on arriving, hotel ambience not so inviting.check-in staff were friendly.upon entering room & bathroom was not clean-had cigarette butts.room was kind of dinghy and was an immediate put off. had problems with the hot shower. called house keeping for help, staff came and went in withn his shoes on, went into the bathroom and left afterwards with the whole room floor wet and dirty with his foot prints.had to call them again to come and mop the floor. requested for hot water for drinking from room service, the guy came in, left the hot water flask, and left the room without any courtesy. have never experienced this before in all the hotels that we have stayed. breakfast was nothing fantastic- they just had bread, butter, jam, poorie and some potato curry. hardly any choice and the restaurant located at the 1st floor did not look like a restaurant but a "dhaba" (road side stall). will not recommend this hotel for those seeking a little more comfort, in a reasonably clean room, with at least some of the basic neccssities. by the way, if you are going during the cold season, you will have to let the water flow for at least 5 minutes before you actually get the hot water(they are using solarv water heaters as i was informed)
Travel tip:
Good food at Sadar Bazaar - you should try the fast food chicken Tandoorie ()which is called Time To Eat Mamas Chicken) where you order and stand and eat. Very tasty food, very cheap. It was crowded in the evening when we had our dinner there.
Alternatively, there is a Pizza Hut just beside the Hotel and a Costa Coffee cafe too.

Hotel located in good location. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Clean bathrooms with ample hot water. Spacious rooms with connecting doors available. Poor view from windows. Rooms facing street noisy. Staff service is good and reliable. Staff friendly. Internet available at price.
