Good food, clean rooms, lobby is always attractive, the people are the most friendly and
We have ever met.
All staff especially in the restaurant don't speak english too well, and are very young.
Breakfast buffet is limited and can improve with a wider variety of fruits and meats
The hotel is well worth it for the money we paid, the people are always friendly, polite and warm, breakfast buffet is limited and can improve by,the pool area and message rooms are lovely and inexpensive.no rape and murder.what amazed me must coming from africa,is that the people are poor but you dont get robbed or mugged in the streets.
Travelling on the roads was absolutly amazing, organised chaos.a wonderful experience and i will be back visiting the south of india next year..
Shopping Tip : Shop owners compete aggressively for business, dont buy from the first shop you enter, shop around first for best deals, bargain before you buy..

Clean, well organised hotel with polite and helpful staff. Nice sized rooms. Not far from the Taj Mahal.
Outside the hotel you get pestered to buy souvenirs etc.
We arrived hot and tired at the hotel after a car ride which involve the air conditioning and the engine breaking down. It was lovely to arrive at the hotel which was cool, light and with calming music playing, and be greeted with a complimentary cold drink. Our room was clean and spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel has a travel desk where you can arrange transport for sight seeing or onward travel which is handy. Small but pleasant outdoor pool. We did not use the spa or gym facilities but they looked good.

Good location.
Great rooms.
Absence of late check out facility.
Dreadful check out process.
Failure to reply to email enquiry.
Absence of station pick-up.
The hotel is well presented and this continues in the rooms. Our room, a deluxe, was spacious and comfortable, with all required facilities.
Check-in was efficient but check-out was quite the opposite, due to the mini-bar being physically checked to account for the contents! Even then, the reception staff didn't feel inclined to let us know the outcome, leaving us sitting in the lobby until we actually enquired. The reception staff were polite but can do with being a little more personable.
Breakfast was good, in taste and variety. Room service is overpriced.
The hotel is very well situated, being only 5-10 mins walk from the Taj Mahal and the same by taxi/auto from Agra Fort Railway station. A complimentary station pick-up facility, as is provided by many hotels, would have been appreciated.
My biggest complaints are about the absence of a late check out facility(or so I was told) and the failure to reply to my earlier email query, which is a big no no in the service industry. However, this does not put me off staying at this hotel again as it is well placed in all other aspects.
