Hotel is at a good location, in central / older Ahmedabad - easy to get an auto right outside. However no restaurants etc. just outside / nearby.
Despite being on the main road, there is no traffic sound etc., once you enter the hotel.
Check in - smooth, no fuss, professional.
Mostly hotel has business / professionals staying there.
Law Garden and CG Road are approx. 5 - 10 minutes by auto so easy to go to.
Breakfast was good - offered a decent spread of Indian food. Choice of western food was a bit weak, but then this is India - isnt it ?
Stayed on the 10th floor - no noise of lifts etc.
Swimming pool is not functional and construction is ongoing - didnt feel much disturbance from construction - though was wanting to go for a swim and was carrying my swimming trunks..

Hotel is centrally located and has excellent facilities though I was unable to use most of them in view of my short stay.
The room was well furnished and equipped. However the quality of the toiletries provided in the bathroom could be improved.
The buffet breakfast provided had a wide variety and was well presented.
Hotel needs to be able to arrange for Railway Station Pick up as guests arrive not only by air but by train as well.

We stayed two times at the hotel during our trip. The first time, one of the two rooms was booked for 3 people and we had the good surprise of being upgraded to a suite which was very nice!! Rooms were very well equipped, nice bathrooms and good bedding. Staff was very helpful. The only problem encountered was with the laundry, two times one item was interchanged with someone esle's but once it was signaled, the error was then quickly repaired and we always got back our item. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choice and we recommend particularly the yoghurt!!

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. Was welcomed with smile and the staff at the reception was very polite and co-operative. Room and other services were prompt and available whenever I requested. The food is really mouth watering, if you are fond of Indian taste. Since I was vegetarian, I did not look for other options. The toiletries were changed on daily basis and so was the bedsheets, etc. I will surely recommend it for people who travel for business or are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
Its near to market and is easily accessible from Airport, Railways station as well as long route bus station.
