The bright lemon green exterior wall will sure be hard to miss in this industrial city. A must visit site when in the city is the Akshardham Temple, Gandhi Ashram, and the Sidi Sayed Mosque. Famous for its textiles, guests are sure to fall in love with the tie-and-dye, and hand embroidered items. Citrus Cafe at the hotel is open till midnight, perfect for those late night snacks. As with all other Lemon Tree properties this too looks to create a fresh experience for tourists.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/amendments subsequent to 12 noon (IST), 3 days prior to the check-in date will be charged retention of one night’s room charge. One night room retention would also be charged in case of no show or early check-out.
The check-in time at the hotel is 02:00 pm (1400) and check-out is at 12:00 noon (1200)
A recent Government notification requires Indian residents to carry proof of identity at the time of check-in. The proof of identity can either be guest’s driving license, passport or voter’s card.

Cleaniness, friendly staff, comfortable rooms
It's clean, comfy and affordable. Too bad location is far away (basically nothing around the hotel and you have to take a cab to other places) and not too much variety of food. But overall the hotel itself is quite good.

Clean room, friendly staffs. Most important, the owner of the property knows how to light up you day by placing tons of jokes around the hotel lobby, restaurant etc.
Room is relatively small but ok. Gym is small but again, it is still enough to get you sweat!
I used to stay at Le Meridien considers that is the only hotel in Ahmedabad ranked 4 stars. But I try not to stay at Le Meridien because it is a bit old and run down. I found Lemon Tree Hotel thanks to Agoda.com, it is the most amazing hotel I ever stay in India. The hotel is new, thus it is clean. The highlight is, the owner really spent lots of time on collecting jokes! I have taken many of it with my digital camera! Staffs are lovely. Food are excellent! Breakfast is Ok but if you don't like the local Indian breakfast you always can opt for break and butter! Overall, Lemon Tree is a good hotel for business traveller and I will definitely go back again. By the way, did I mention it is twice cheaper than Le Meridien?
