The cottages are great for relaxing in peace and quiet away from it all. Dining options are important because this place is somewhat isolated and the restaurant is quite good. The place has a luxurious feel to it and yet it feels rustic enough to remind you that you are in Kerala. Some of the nice touches include the small pond around the reception area and the traditional lamps everywhere.
