Rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The hotel is also well located. But the staff ... they don't speak English! So everything was misunderstood. And they don't know the city attractions. They offer us a taxi service which was extremely expensive. And when we present the voucher they didn't know what it was and they wanted to charge us again. But they were nice and they tried hard to give us a good service and they almost did it.
