Staff, quality of rooms, value for money
Construction in the lobby restricted lift access.
Despite there being construction going on in the Lobby, my stay at the St.Marks cannot be faulted, there is no noise in the rooms at all, the staff are fantastic and helpful, the rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and first rate. The personal attention of the GM Mr. Menon was much appreciated.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Always use the cars from the hotel to go anywhere they are safe, clean and fantastic value for money. Just avoid the tourist shops they try and get you to.
