The staff were attentive & caring in all aspects.
Accomodation exquisite , self service laundrette , library and the caring staff.

It was overall quite pleasant . The breakfast was not international enough for me lastly the swimming pool was a real disappointment as many pigeons inhabited the waterfall features in & around the pool and I believe this highly unsanitary so for the duration of my stay I was to swim & cool down as it was the hottest time the year.

Effective staff - locates hidden spots
located "hidden" palm leaf library my main purpose coming to Bangalore, hotel taxi driver turned into city tour guide (using available paid km), reception staff

I have very much relied on the knowledge of the reception staff, to navigate in the suroundings and to navigate myself to the Palm leaf library. Realy hard to find - it is not known to most Indian, that Bangolore host the most accurate Palm leaf library and its best Reader (Interpreter). The staffed proved instrumental to locate it and be there on time. On my way back I got a city tour.
Room was perfect to overcome the timelag from Europe and I could check in 6 hours earlier with no extra cost.
Only negative was the complimentary breakfast, was not international -but also no fresh coffee or Juice.

what makes citadines richmond bangalore the perfect base for your stay in bangalore, is their staff! they are so helpful and will go out of their way to arrange taxi's for you, advise you on the best places to eat and shop. they were great. the rooms are also really beautiful and clean, truly a 5 star hotel in every sense.

This was a last minute booking and turned out very well. Staff were very freindly and helpful and rooms functional and confortable. I booked a suite and was somewhat disapointed at their description as it was a standard room.

We arrived early in the morning to be told that our room was ready yet if we wanted to check in early we needed to pay an early check in fee which was the cost of a full day. This was a tad disappointing considering we had stayed in 5 star hotels throughout India and were always able to check in early. However after heading to the restaurant to have some breakfast while we waited we met a lovely gentleman who was one of the sales managers who straightened this out with the front desk.
The hotel is very modern and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the public areas.
The wifi connection was great.
Staff were really friendly and willing to help with any of our requests including weighing our suitcases before we headed for the airport.
Breakfast was spectacular and all staff gave exceptional service.

The only drawback is that the swimming pool is located so that it is in the shade all the time and is very pretty for looking at but not useful as a pool for splashing around in.

We really loved staying in this hotel. Though our stay was only for two days, I and my family (including two kids) enjoyed it here. the staff is really friendly and helpful. The service was quick and food was good too. Would have liked more options in Lunch but cannot really complain of the food that was provided.
