Great location and prompt service

Room was very clean and the 24 hrs check in is an awesome facility. They have a restaurant below which serve halal foods only. We bookes two rooms and 1 room was little small while the other one was of standard room size.

24 hrs check in....this is awesome... u check in at 11 in the night and get the room till 11PM the next day...Phenomenal location...Service is slow....overall thumbs up...

I believed that the best place to stay in Mumbai would be city centre. This was a mistake, asthere are truly much nicer parts of Mumbai to stay in. Bandra, Juhu beach, Andera were all much nicer. Although Mumbai is expensive to stay in, this hotel price seemed reasonable for getting such a high rating on this site. For me on my 3 week travel around India, this hotel probably offered the worst value for money.
Nightlife Tip:
Nightlife is almost dead in India :-(

Very nice! very good shopping..
hotel could give more options for occidental breakfast, after three days eating exactly the same thing, we were all fed up with the breakfast and the indian breakfast was too spicy for us. We were all sick after eating the shawarma, so be careful! Good stay otherwise! Clean room, toilets etc..

Poor service and small rooms

One of those hotels where you find that feel good factor is missing totally. Small rooms and poor service makes it worse. For the buck you pay there are far better hotels around this location than this. This hotels rides just on the fact that it is just 1 km away from brigade road. Me and my girlfriend reserved this hotel for a night and after we got there they coudnt find our names in the expected guests. Instead of helping the situation they try to blame us for not carrying the confirmation form. Wish the hospitality was better. Location and free consistence WiFi are the pros. Overall I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

Good hotel , nice location but rooms a bit smal

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, i had no problem getting food, had a lot of restaurant near by, and the night scene was very good, lots of pubs around, people every where, and a 2mnts walk you are in MG Road, need not go any where else,
Shopping Tip:
Just walk around and all that you need is there.

i got to this hotel late in the evening (around midnight) due to travel delays, so i wasn't able to avail myself of the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. there was a lot of action on the street in front of the hotel - they have a bunch of food stalls there.
i got put in a room on the fourth floor that they had to clean when i arrived. i had emailed about being late, but i think maybe they had written me off, despite have pre-paid. the room itself had a very uncomfortable western-style mattress and a a/c unit that really didn't work well. those things combined for a bad night's sleep...
the staff was nice enough and were helpful.
