Terrible. Stuffy, Stinking rooms, Lumpy bed

This hotel is cheating, hardly a 3 star or less. Walked in and the first room offered was stuffy and smelling terrible, like not aerated for months. It was simply not guest ready. Complained and the alternative provided on a higher floor was marginally better. To our terror we realised at night that the bed was full of lumps. Like it was incorrectly washed which caused the filling to accmulate here and there and offered to guests. There was no way anyone could have slept on it. Got the duty manager to come down to the room and they had the bed replaced with one from another room. The hotel looked understaffed too, as it took them 30 minutes to send someone to the first room. Finally the bell boy was sent to show us the alternative room. The man on duty simply did not seem to care. Overall thumbs down, stay away from this hotel.The rooms and the toilet and washroom need major refurbishing. Has the class of a backpackers hotel that you find next to railway stations and bus stations.

The hotel is nothing more than 3 star - really worn out rooms, broken door latch, cheap toiletry. No aspect of the hotel is 5 star. Breakfast was ok, juice options were good but that was about the only thing good about the hotel. Definitely needs an overhaul.

Despite the relative remoteness to the city centre, i prefer to stay here. The place is efficiently furnished, not overdone. Being serviced apartments, there seems some kind of a homelike comfort in staying there. The staff is very customer friendly and each apartment has a balcony for some fresh air. The morning breakfast is of very good quality though short-staffed. Overall, if you have work in Whitefield and need a business-like stay, this is the place. One-way taxi fare from the airport of Rs. is a pinch though.
