Not a very good hotel
Nothing is really good except the wifi

I had asked for an AC room they gave me non AC and its at a bad location. The surroundings are not at all good.

the staff were cordial. good location-located in the heart of the city. rooms were comfortable but the toilets should be taken care of as there was water leakage in the bathroom. on the whole a good value for money.

it's a pretty good hotel, nice and polite staff...clean rooms but there was 1 problem..i've asked for airport transfer and i've already paid extra for that by the agoda but they said they havn't charged me for that.

Rooms need to be maintained and had to call room service to mop the floor and the washroom. Room service telephone wasnt working so missed the early morning coffee and later breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Lalbagh, the Botonical garden is the only attraction nearby, but it has lost its pristine glory of what is was 20 years ago.

Good value hotel in a decent location

Good value hotel close to the great Lalbagh park. There were some problems with the wifi access but the staff was helpful to resolve it.

good location within 5-10 minute walk of jalan bukit bintang road. the rooms are small with no window, but are clean. the bathroom and sink is communal, but is also clean. good choice for someone who only needs a clean bed and some assistance from staff, while the rest of the time is spent in the shopping malls and exploring kl.

the staff of the hotel is ok. the room was ok except for the bathroom. they should renovate or retouch the entire bathroom it's very ugly and dirty. also a shower curtain would be good between the toilet and the douche. when you take a bath everything gets wet because it's so open. also they only clean the floor of he bathroom and nothing else.i did not like the location because the surrounding is very dirty.
