It was a nice hotel with everything needed for a business stay, except the wifi was often slow. They had room service but the food wasn't great. It's very far from the airport, over an hour, and they charge an arm and a leg if you book a taxi through them (1200 rupees). The room was clean and spacious with a nice TV, though the mattress was as hard as a rock. The service at the front desk was hit or miss, I also had a strange experience where the man that came to clean the room kept trying to talk with me, tried to come into my room and offered me a "massage" - which was awkward and I pretty much had to shut the door in his face. Overall a dodgy stay but decent amenities.

Decent hotel with highly ill-mannered staff
Rooms are clean though quaint. Extremely good Indian Breakfast.

The management and staff are highly inflexible about early check-in or late check-out even by 5 mins. Extremely impolite reception personals who resort to rough language and force you to check-out or threaten to charge you for half day for any delay in checking out. Stay here only if you have no constraints on checking-in and checking-out at 12 Noon. The last moments in the hotel has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I will never recommend this hotel, neither to a friend nor to a foe. Stay at own risk !!!

Good service, very helpful staff, rooms are very clean and facilities are pretty good.

It is located in nice locality. I have checked in at about 6 PM in the evening, the 24 hrs option is pretty convenient for people who are booking online and could not reach on time. The staff are very helpful and co-operative in understanding the guests requests. Refrigerator is not there but all other facilities are up to the mark. They have nice restaurants near by so it's easy to have a quick bite in case you are tied up with time. I have to leave early in the morning to catch up the flight and they have helped me in doing a quick check out even at early hrs of the day. Over all I am satisfied with my stay.

The hotel was quite hard to find, not being easily visible from the Ring Road. I would not recommend it for travelers who are en route to the airport (more than an hour's drive away).
Otherwise it's a nice location. A short walk leads to a bustling area of fast food joints, fruit sellers and a wide variety of other small shops. Any specific destination would require a taxi.
