Bad hotel & bad sevices provided

Hotel pictures posted look nice, but it was very bad when you first step into hotel lobby.
First day check in staff treated quite friendly.
But while check out staff provided bad services, seem like i own him money.
I booked for 2 nights actually, but i only stayed for 1 night and surrender for next night.
You can feel how bad this hotel.
Only 3 words to describe: Dusty, Dirty, Smelly.
Especially toilet, think 1 star hotel better than it.

Food at CHUNG WAH was awesome. Just within the Hotel , its the best thing that can happen to the busy business traveller.

A good affordable hotel with clean rooms.Forum Value Mall is nearby with many eating joints. A nice locality with a good connectivity to the railway station and airport.

OK Kind of hotel
Best feature is its location as you have chung hua resturant on the second floor and forum value mall near by

room was decent. bed sheets were not so clean. but its worth the money that is quoted in the website just cuz of its location.
water bottle is pre paid :) and not much varieties in morning breakfast

our stay was comfortable. the services were very good except for some maintenance problems. it would have been better to provide dinning services. there is scope for better breakfast and sufficient amount to cater all the occupants in the hotel. if the hotel can start their shuttle service from airport it would be better.
