Great central location
Comfortable large rooms with all the features of home

THis is our second stay at this hotel - we really like the place, makes us feel at home while on a long trip. There was enough room for the kids, and the staff are friendly. We needed to do wash clothes, and the washer/dryer in the room worked well. The breakfast buffet was convenient and good. The mall next to the hotel, UB City, is not what I would like - it's just a few very expensive shops, and a few restaurants. But one can walk or take a cab to nearby areas. There's a McDonalds nearby (useful for young children).
Nightlife Tip:
The connected mall is full of nightlife particularly at weekends.

A nice home away from home!

A very comfortable place, with lots of room. We had a 1BR, and the living room sofa was comfortable enough for my daughter. There was a welcome package of cereal, chips and milk, unlike the usual hotel mini-bar with rip-off prices. The room service menu was great - reasonably priced and great food, with a good selection. The breakfast buffet was also good, not lavish, but sufficient variety and well done. The only drawback for us is that the hotel is attached to the piazza at UB CIty where there's active nightlife, and loud music on weekends. Probably a plus for those looking for nightlife.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The room service food is good! And you can get the restaurants in the adjoining mall to deliver to your room, too.

serviced apart type comfortable. location nice.
price a bit expensive for a serviced apartment and even airport pick up high.

many eateries place next to hotel.no problem with regards to food.
