Great location but poorly trained room boys.
Location is what makes this hotel perfect.

I had a pleasant stay there. But only a slice of bread and an egg will be served for breakfast. Though food tastes fantastic, the service is terrible - poorly trained staff.
Shopping Tip:
Walking distance to Garuda Mall.

Good price for a centrally located hotel
Hotel is very close to Brigade road, MG road and 15 minutes walk to Commercial street

I was very excited about the hotel as it is situated in the middle of Bengaluru city centre. I booked an executive room for a bit more comfort. Its quite noisy during the night,but some earplugs solved this. the bathroom smelled and was poorly designed; the shower was in the middle of the bathroom which resulted in a completely wet floor(a.k.a. a few cm of water) for hours after every shower.The breakfast was the worst i've had in weeks (and I've slept in some worse hotels) and gave me a stomach ache. The pick-up service from the airport costed more than was told and driver was flirting and insisted on getting my number. When I asked the manager for another driver on my way back to the airport, he said that it was not possible and I should just ignore him. This hotel is acceptable if you are only staying 1 or 2 nights in Bengaluru.

立地はよいです
ホテルは繁華街のブリゲードロード沿いにあり、買い物や食事に便利です。

エグゼプティブルームを予約しましたが、通された部屋は狭く、スタンダードルームのようでした。ホテル側が勝手に安い部屋に変更したと思います。そのため、代金に見合った部屋ではなかったです。立地はよく、ブリゲイドロード沿いの細い道をほんの少し入ったところにホテルがあります。そのため、交通の騒音は少しだけましかもしれません。朝食付きの料金でしたが、朝食はパンとコーヒーのみで、朝食というよりは軽食でした。男性でしたらとても足りない量でしょう。ホテルの従業員はとても感じのよい人が多かったです。新しいタオルの交換をお願いしたらすぐに持ってきてくれました。
