went to hotel at around 3am hotel room was in a mess dirty bedsheets clogged bathrooms and the main door to the hotel was locked up when we went there the staff made an effort to clean the room up but they should have done so earlier anyway

Old hotel, poor service

Good breakfast, good location for shopping

this hotel is still resting on the reputation of it's glory days, which are no longer. the room was spacious and clean, but smelt stuffy and needs updating. the bathroom needed a good scrub. a reflection of the entire hotel which needs an overhaul. service was inefficient. there were no towels in the room. after our 4th request for 3 towels (as we were 3 people) we were only given one to share amongst the three of us. also, wifi is only accessible in the lobby. we were under the impression from the room description that wifi was accessible in the room, but it's not. we were thankful that this was only for one night, we would not stay again. we could have definitely found a better hotel for the same price.
